Reflect on 2 Corinthians 5:17 and Romans 12:2:
This means that anyone who belongs to Christ has become a new person. The old life is gone; a new life has begun! – 2 Corinthians 5:17 NLT
Don’t copy the behavior and customs of this world, but let God transform you into a new person by changing the way you think. Then you will learn to know God’s will for you, which is good and pleasing and perfect. – Romans 12:2 NLT
What has God already changed in your life?
What else might he want to clear away in order to bring something new into your life? e.g. old attitudes, behaviours, or motives (pray through these with someone you trust).
God might also want to change how we view, and therefore pray for, situations around us. We need to listen for his heartbeat and ask to see with his eyes.
