At Family Breakfast this week we focused on transformation by using Paul’s first encounter with Jesus. We started by watching an animation, before having time to reflect on what we have heard. Check out the videos and reflection below.

Reflection:
Imagine that you don’t know Jesus at all – in fact, you’ve been really mean to people who say they know Jesus. Imagine that you’re walking along the road one day when suddenly a bright light shines on you and a voice speaks your name and asks why you’re being so mean to him. What do you think? What do you feel?

When you ask the voice who he is, he says that he’s Jesus! How do you feel now? What would you want to say to Jesus? What does he say back to you?

We see transformations all around us, especially in nature. We used the imagery of a caterpillar changing into a butterfly to help us get a different perspective on transformation. After all, we believe God created the world around us and therefore his nature can be seen in it.
