How can you add times of silence and solitude into your weekly schedule?

Try this challenge:
- Set aside 15 minutes (put an alarm on your phone and put it away from you so you’re not tempted to check it!)
- Sit in a quiet(ish) place e.g. by a window or outside
- Begin by praying (e.g. Psalm 46:10) by using the breath prayer technique Dot shared: (breathe in) Be still and know, (breathe out) that I am God…
- Simply sit in the silence, asking yourself “what might God be inviting me to through this silence?” If your mind wanders, that’s ok! Just repeat the breath prayer again.
